Account Manager & Designer (Calgary)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area combines client relationship management with audiovisual system design. You will create tailored AV solutions, oversee projects from concept to deployment, and ensure seamless delivery in line with Sapphire’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead audiovisual design projects, creating and implementing designs that meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with Sapphire’s commitment to innovation and quality.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and client‑relationship abilities.
• Experience in audiovisual system design, project management, and deployment.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of audiovisual technologies and systems (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (a plus).
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Greater Calgary area.
