About the role
GG TEQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Specialist to lead HR functions and drive recruitment across a high‑growth sales organization. You will shape a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and supporting employee development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Serve as primary contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
- Promote an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
