About the role

GG TEQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Specialist to lead HR functions and drive recruitment across a high‑growth sales organization. You will shape a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and supporting employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
• Promote an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
