About the role
We are looking for a professional, organized and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and vendors at our Woodbridge office. The role combines front‑desk duties with general administrative support in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors and vendors, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage daily mail, courier deliveries and office shipments.
- Maintain the front‑desk area and ensure meeting rooms are set up for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor requests and service orders.
- Support scheduling of meetings, workshops and employee events.
- Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front‑desk or administrative role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office.
- Experience in financial services, real‑estate or corporate office environments is a plus.
