About the role
Dokainish & Company is seeking a highly capable Executive & Personal Assistant to support its CEO. This role is the CEO’s right‑hand, providing seamless administrative and personal assistance across multiple business lines, time zones, and jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and on‑the‑go schedule.
- Prepare board‑level briefing packages, reports, and presentations.
- Handle personal errands, including last‑minute tasks, with the same professionalism as corporate duties.
- Coordinate meetings, client site visits, and business engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all professional and personal information.
Required profile
- Proactive mindset – anticipates needs before they are voiced.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Strong ownership – follows through on all tasks, big or small.
- Comfortable operating without detailed direction, using good judgment.
- Willingness to perform any task, from drafting executive briefs to handling personal errands.
Required skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
