Construction Superintendent – New Brunswick Projects

About the role

Lindsay Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for commercial projects across New Brunswick. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coordinate daily activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day onsite operations and maintain daily logs with progress photos.
• Plan material deliveries, schedule subcontractors, and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Enforce site safety policies and meet all legislative requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, trades, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field supervisory experience on medium‑sized commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate on‑site operations and manage subcontractors.
• Effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Experience with design‑build projects.
• Knowledge of tilt‑up construction methods.
• Familiarity with wood framing techniques.
