About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new sales and manage key customer relationships for rPET resin products. This remote, high‑performance role focuses on outbound prospecting, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for a leading recycled‑plastic supplier.
Key responsibilities
- Identify market segments, generate leads, and conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, track activities in the CRM system, and move opportunities through to closure.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, negotiate supply contracts, and ensure long‑term partnership success.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, procurement, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company strategy.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses of sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Required profile

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable navigating competitive conversations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
