About the role
Liferaft, a remote‑first software company specializing in risk intelligence, is seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to drive enterprise SaaS sales. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will own a named account list, run sophisticated discovery, and manage multi‑stakeholder deal cycles across Canada’s Eastern and Atlantic time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Follow Liferaft’s proven sales process from initial conversation to close.
- Own and prospect a named account list to generate new pipeline.
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover priorities, motivations, and decision criteria.
- Engage multiple stakeholders through strong multi‑threading.
- Partner with Product Specialists to deliver demos, workshops, and trials.
- Prepare and present high‑impact demos and proposals.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Build urgency and sustain momentum across long, complex sales cycles.
- Travel to trade shows, industry events, and onsite meetings as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of SaaS sales experience in enterprise or mid‑market environments.
- Proven track record of strong win rates, deal size, and sales velocity.
- Mastery of discovery, stakeholder mapping, and multi‑threading.
- Confident negotiator with a focus on mutually beneficial deals.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset.
