UI/UX Developer – Figma & React Specialist

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a UI/UX Developer who can blend design thinking with front‑end development to create intuitive, scalable digital experiences. You will work with modern tools such as Figma, React, and emerging GenAI technologies to deliver user‑centric solutions for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive UI/UX solutions using Figma and React.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Translate design mock‑ups into high‑quality front‑end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to iterate on designs.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG standards.
• Support design consistency across platforms and integrate UI components with backend data.
• Explore integration of GenAI‑enabled UI features such as RAG and prompt‑driven experiences.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Hands‑on experience with React.js and component‑based architecture.
• Solid understanding of design systems, reusable components, and UI frameworks.
• Ability to balance design thinking with front‑end development skills.
• Exposure to GenAI‑enabled experiences and data‑driven applications is a plus.
