About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to provide two‑month coverage (June 29 – August 28) and ensure smooth daily operations of our office. This temporary position requires a customer‑service mindset and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and prepare morning coffee for tenants.
- Assist clients with package handling, printing, mail, and other individual tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, wipe tables, keep the boardroom presentable, and rearrange furniture as needed.
- Coordinate office showings for prospective tenants and manage virtual reception services.
- Order supplies, generate invoices, handle mailing/shipping, and support contract drafting.
- Create and post advertisements (e.g., Craigslist) to attract new tenants.
Required profile
- Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a professional attitude.
- Availability to work on‑site during regular office hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
- Ability to work independently as the sole office manager.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $21.
