About the role
Join EY’s Enterprise Support Services team as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will act as an EY ambassador, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of meetings, events, and daily office functions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing a positive first impression of EY.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is always client‑ready.
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to support meetings, events, and other office operations.
- Serve as part of a dynamic client concierge team, delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
- Adjust schedules and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
Required profile
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast‑changing environment.
- Calm, professional demeanor with strong business etiquette.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, including active listening.
- Hospitality, concierge, or front‑of‑the‑house experience preferred.
- Post‑secondary education.
- Motivated, analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
