About the role

Solutions 2 GO is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide bilingual (English & Spanish) desktop and network support across multiple sites. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling incidents, service requests, and routine maintenance in a fast‑growing enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for local and regional IT support, assisting users in‑person, via Microsoft Teams, phone, or remote tools.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests using the IT Service Desk system.
  • Install, configure, update, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance, including repairs, updates, and routine checks.
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory and support equipment deployment, recovery, and tracking.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, password resets, and Active Directory administration.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations in line with company policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide support for VOIP phone systems, anti‑virus software, and workstation applications.

Required profile

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to follow directions from senior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for both in‑person and remote assistance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑site support team.
