Senior SEO Strategist

About the role

BX Studio is seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to lead organic growth strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from B2B SaaS companies to B2C non‑profits. This client‑facing position requires confidence in running calls, owning performance outcomes, and designing both SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies in complex buying environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies from technical foundations to content ideation.
• Lead client calls, present performance metrics, and act as a trusted advisor to marketing managers and C‑suite executives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with writers, developers, designers, and analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain and refine repeatable processes, SOPs, and documentation for efficient delivery.
• Stay current with evolving SEO/AEO trends and proactively incorporate new tactics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading SEO and content strategy for enterprise or growth‑stage clients.
• Proven track record of building trusted advisor relationships and translating business goals into organic growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep curiosity and willingness to ask probing questions.
• Ability to balance strong strategic opinions with collaborative flexibility.
