Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable iOS and Android applications using React Native. The role combines technical leadership with mentorship to raise engineering standards across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of high‑quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Integrate native iOS/Android components, guide platform‑specific decisions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Establish and enforce strong engineering practices to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and support hiring and technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade mobile apps with React Native.
• Recent experience primarily with React Native and prior experience in native iOS and/or Android development.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, high‑quality mobile experiences in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and platform constraints.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
