About the role
Dingus & Zazzy is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact with prospects across Canada. You will focus on cold‑calling, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Use HubSpot, cold calls, and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect needs and recommend suitable digital‑marketing solutions.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with prospects and qualify leads for sales executives.
- Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the sales manager.
Required profile
- Two or more years of sales experience with a record of exceeding lead targets.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Hunter mentality, quick learner, and openness to coaching on advanced selling tactics.
- Availability to work 8:30 am–5:00 pm ET.
- Desire to grow within a sales organization.
Required skills
- HubSpot or other CRM software.
- Cold‑calling experience, preferably with a power dialer.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
