Reservations Agent

About the role

Join Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Reservations Agent, delivering warm and sincere service to guests via phone and email. You will help create memorable experiences by guiding travelers to the best room and rate options for their stay in the stunning Banff National Park.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all inbound reservations calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage high‑volume mailboxes for Tour & FIT and Transient segments, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist guests in selecting rooms and rates that match their vacation needs.
• Accurately set up reservation information and review previous day’s bookings for completeness.
• Promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and its benefits.
• Act as an ambassador for guests, the hotel, and the local community.
• Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and faxing.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the Opera reservations system and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical abilities and independent decision‑making.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, overnight and other non‑day shifts.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry and local area is an asset.
