Recruitment Assistant – 2-Month Contract

About the role

Join a fast‑growing manufacturing and packaging organization in Aurora as a Recruitment Assistant. This 2‑month contract offers hands‑on experience supporting high‑volume hiring across production, logistics, project coordination, and marketing functions. Ideal for students, recent graduates, or early‑career professionals seeking practical recruitment exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Review and filter resumes in the applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings using pre‑developed interview questions and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment activities for operational and corporate positions.
• Provide interview feedback and assist with offer‑letter preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Previous co‑op, internship, or entry‑level experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Workable is an asset.
