Project Designer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Designer to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will work on a variety of design projects, producing construction drawings, managing submittals, and delivering space‑planning solutions while collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review construction drawings and documentation.
• Manage submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct space‑planning studies and provide architectural design input.
• Oversee project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Proficiency with submittals and construction drawings.
• Strong skills in space planning and architectural design.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and solid understanding of design principles.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Professional experience in a design consultancy or architecture firm is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and access to a vehicle.
