Graphic Designer – Brand Steward (6‑month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced, client‑oriented team. The role acts as a brand steward, delivering accurate, visually compelling, brand‑compliant solutions across print and digital channels on a 6‑month remote contract within the Greater Toronto Area.

Key responsibilities

• Create mechanical layouts from original designs, turning raw files into final, industry‑standard digital assets.
• Provide expert brand guidance to ensure consistent look and feel across all materials.
• Attend client meetings to present concepts, explain design rationale, and offer professional insight.
• Enhance designs to meet WCAG 2.0 (ADA) accessibility standards and enforce strict quality control.
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, delivering on time, within budget, and with proper documentation.
• Collaborate proactively with internal and external partners, including senior creative leads and business stakeholders.
• Design and layout a wide range of assets such as web graphics, social media cards, digital ads, email campaigns, animations, and print media.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of graphic design experience in a client‑facing, fast‑paced environment.
• 2–4 year diploma or degree in Graphic Design, New Media Design, or Information Design.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingualism is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
