About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Data Entry Administrator to support the monthly benefit payroll processing centre. The role involves entering client‑requested changes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
Key responsibilities
- Review client requests for completeness and follow up on discrepancies.
- Communicate with Client Representatives to clarify or complete requests.
- Maintain transaction documentation and workflow records for audit compliance.
- Enter transaction details into RBC systems accurately and timely.
- Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Organise and prioritize work to meet monthly payroll cycle deadlines.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures and escalation protocols.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Client‑focused with a proactive issue‑resolution mindset.
- Ability to interpret written client instructions accurately.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with internal teams.
