Oracle Identity Access Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Access Management Consultant to lead the upgrade of our Adaptive Authentication solution. The consultant will work closely with agency teams to design, implement, and document a migration from OAAM 11g to OARM on Red Hat OpenShift within AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the upgrade of 11g OAAM to OARM on OpenShift/AWS for Dev and QA environments.
• Document architecture, installation, configuration, and integration procedures.
• Collaborate with database, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure high‑availability and multi‑data‑center setups.
• Provide weekly status updates to team leads and the project manager.
• Develop end‑to‑end test plans to validate the new OARM deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years as a solution architect on Oracle Identity Access Management (IAM) systems, including Oracle 12c.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on development with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) and Oracle Adaptive Risk Management (OARM).
• Experience configuring active‑active multi‑data‑center environments and deploying Oracle applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Current association with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner.
• Proven ability to translate conceptual designs into logical and physical architectures.
