About the role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a 6‑month enterprise transformation initiative in Toronto. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite each week, and involves close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to deliver a high‑impact ServiceNow implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope and documentation in partnership with senior management.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow technical and business leads to capture requirements, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain work plans, stage‑gate documents, schedules, and progress reports.
- Prepare budget estimates, track expenses, and manage procurement and finance approvals.
- Draft communications for senior leadership under guidance from program managers.
- Research and recommend project‑management tools and best practices.
- Adhere to internal project‑management standards and processes.
- Serve as the central point for secure, confidential project information.
- Execute additional deliverables as directed by the ServiceNow Portfolio Manager.
Required profile
- Extensive experience managing enterprise‑wide IT transformation projects across multiple departments.
- Proven ability in budget, timeline, scope, resource, risk, and change management.
- Strong background in contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale ServiceNow implementations using hybrid agile approaches.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or ServiceNow certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
