About the role
KPMG Canada is expanding its Talent Attraction team and seeks a Manager to lead recruitment for the fast‑growing Tax practice. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to attract highly skilled tax professionals across Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies and talent‑attraction initiatives for the Tax client group.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using inclusive, best‑in‑class sourcing techniques.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, provide consultative guidance, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve quality and efficiency of searches.
- Build long‑term relationships with prospective talent through active networking.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree.
- Five or more years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in high‑volume, national, executive, or corporate environments.
- Experience in a professional services setting is an asset.
- Proven ability to advise executive‑level hiring managers and manage expectations.
- Strong capability to prioritize competing demands across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary range $74,000 – $111,000 CAD, with eligibility for bonus awards.
