Join Banh Mi Boys as a Line Cook in a busy Toronto restaurant. You will work in a fast‑paced environment preparing a variety of dishes while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including options for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Required profile

• Dependable and reliable team player with strong oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and initiative.
• Flexibility to work evenings, shifts, weekends and on‑call as needed.
