Level I IT Support Desk

About the role

Propel, a fast‑growing fintech focused on expanding credit access, is looking for a Level I Support Desk professional to join its IT Support Services team. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing both remote and onsite assistance across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for Windows 10/11 and macOS devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Manage and resolve tickets in Jira Service Management within defined SLAs, documenting all steps.
• Support Intune and JamF Pro enrollment, device configuration, application deployment, and security compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including account provisioning and asset management.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
• Provide frontline support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, VPN, Wi‑Fi, printers, Teams, SharePoint, and other corporate tools.
• Monitor IT asset compliance and participate in audits using KACE, Intune, and inventory tools.
