Data & AI Consulting Manager – Banking

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Consulting Manager to lead AI‑driven transformation initiatives for banking and capital markets clients. You will work with senior leadership to shape data strategies, prioritize high‑value AI use cases, and guide large‑scale change programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive AI transformation programs that reimagine business and technology functions.
• Collaborate with C‑level stakeholders to define and execute data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on value potential and strategic fit.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams across strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market activities, solutioning, proposal development, and capability building.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex data projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in data and analytics with a strong data‑driven mindset.
• Experience delivering value‑driven use cases in banking or capital markets.
• Background in strategy development, value architecture, and operating model design.
• Ability to influence client agendas and drive cultural transformation.
• Knowledge of global, economic, technological, and social trends shaping the industry.
