IT Student Intern – West (3‑6 month internship)

About the role

McAsphalt Industries is looking for motivated IT students to join its IT department for a 3‑to‑6‑month internship. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting daily IT operations in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day IT operations and user support
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, including printers, network connectivity, Microsoft Teams and telephony systems
• Support computer provisioning, setup, and imaging
• Assist with user onboarding and training
• Provide support for Office 365 applications, such as SharePoint and OneDrive
• Help maintain documentation and IT inventory
• Research and assist in resolving technical issues

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an IT‑related program or recent graduate
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
