IT Analyst

About the role

The IT Analyst will work closely with clients to gather and document technical requirements, ensuring that information systems solutions align with business goals. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing IT business solutions while providing strategic advice on system security and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify and document technical requirements.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementations.
• Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
• Advise on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
• Assess physical and technical security risks and develop mitigation policies.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews and resolve conflicts.
• Execute and document software application and telecommunications system tests.
• Provide post‑sale support and ongoing client consultation.
