About the role

Join the kitchen team at a busy A&W restaurant in Colwood. You will work in a fast‑paced environment preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining high food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items according to food‑safety and quality guidelines.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately during peak periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized and clean; restock fridges, freezers and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation and safety practices; clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces.
• Support supervisors, cashiers and fellow crew members, especially during rushes.

Required profile

• Energetic, reliable and enjoy hands‑on work.
• Pride in doing tasks well and following instructions.
• Comfortable working in a supportive, fast‑paced team.
• Clear communicator with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Available 15–40 hours per week.
