About the role
Join a supportive senior‑living community as a Server/Waitstaff, delivering restaurant‑style dining experiences to residents. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take food and beverage orders, and serve residents with a friendly smile.
- Review daily menus and dining schedules with residents, answering questions and accommodating preferences.
- Promote a restaurant‑style dining environment and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain smooth operations and teamwork.
Required profile
- Loves people and listens well.
- Works cooperatively and solves problems.
- Ethical, honest, dependable, and open‑minded.
- Comfortable using basic technology tools.
