About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a collaborative HR team. In this strategic position you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape people strategies that support business objectives and the organization’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and employee advocate, managing and escalating complex employee‑relations issues in partnership with the Employee Relations & Centres of Excellence.
- Identify trends and emerging people‑related risks across client groups and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support key HR cycles such as talent reviews, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with HR partners and business stakeholders.
- Participate in cross‑functional HR committees to share insights, best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of talent strategies and enhance leadership effectiveness through coaching.
Required profile
- 6–9 years of progressive HR experience supporting a corporate client group.
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.
- Proven experience operating as a true HR business partner with senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Competitive salary range $95,000 – $110,000 CAD per year, plus performance‑based bonus.
