Front-end Engineer

About the role

Pigment is looking for a Front‑end Engineer to join a cross‑functional product squad that delivers enterprise‑grade planning tools. You will own features from design through deployment, helping shape fast, scalable, and accessible user experiences for data‑driven decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance frontend features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into functional interfaces.
• Contribute to the internal design system and frontend architecture, including state management, caching, and reusable components.
• Create complex data visualisations such as dashboards, charts, tables, and maps.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance while balancing product delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience, preferably in a product‑focused environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and hands‑on experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and propose ideas.
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and scalability.
• Fluent English communication skills.
