About the role

Join Victoria’s original culinary walking tour company as a Foodie Tour Guide for the 2026 tourism season. You will lead small groups through downtown, sharing the city’s history, culture, architecture, and vibrant food scene while creating memorable experiences for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead guided culinary walking tours for groups of up to 15 guests.
• Share engaging stories about Victoria’s heritage, local landmarks, and restaurant partners.
• Coordinate with restaurants and hospitality partners to ensure smooth tour flow.
• Assist guests with dietary questions and provide tourism recommendations.
• Represent the Off The Eaten Track brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support occasional shop tastings and tour‑operation tasks.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Passion for food, restaurants, tourism, and local culture.
• Reliable, organized, and able to think on your feet.
• Available evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Comfortable walking several kilometres during tours.
