Base Area Operator – Summer Seasonal 2026

About the role

Join the Base Area Operations team at Whistler Blackcomb for the 2026 summer season. As a Base Area Operator you will help create a welcoming first impression for guests by maintaining the valley facilities and ensuring smooth parking and pick‑up operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of buildings, washrooms and common areas across the four main valley locations.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and perform routine indoor cleaning.
• Assist with guest pick‑up/drop‑off coordination and parking efficiency.
• Perform minor facility maintenance and support other resort areas as needed.
• Support snow‑removal tasks during winter periods (if applicable).

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Full‑time availability for the summer 2026 season.
• Ability to work outdoors and interact with guests with a positive attitude.
• Housing provided on‑site.
