Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate the signature dishes that White Spot is known for.
- Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to food‑safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High energy with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings.
- Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred.
