About the role

Join a high‑performing clinical network dedicated to exceptional endocrinology and diabetes care. You will work in a large, state‑of‑the‑art clinic, focusing on patient care while the multidisciplinary team handles administrative and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine and diabetes consultations for new referrals and follow‑up patients.
• Collaborate daily with a team of 52 specialists, physician assistants, pharmacists, mental‑health professionals, nutritionists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize on‑site resources such as pharmacy, foot‑care, and mental‑health services to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in a streamlined workflow where nurses collect vitals and administrators manage scheduling.

Required profile

• Medical degree and active registration in Ontario or any Canadian province.
• Board‑certified Endocrinologist, Nephrologist, Internist, or GP with a strong interest in diabetes/endocrinology.
• U.S.‑trained physicians are welcome; the clinic will assist with Canadian registration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for patient scheduling and communication.
