Endocrinology/Diabetes Physician – Ontario Clinic

About the role

Join a high‑performing clinical network in Ontario dedicated to exceptional endocrinology and diabetes care. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art, multidisciplinary clinic, focusing on patient outcomes while supported by extensive administrative and specialist resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine and diabetes consultations for new (30‑minute) and follow‑up (15‑minute) patients.
• Collaborate daily with a team of 52 specialists, physician assistants, pharmacists, mental‑health professionals, nutritionists, foot‑care experts and diabetes educators.
• Utilise cutting‑edge EMR and CRM systems for documentation, scheduling, billing and clinical training.
• Participate in a robust referral network, receiving up to 1,000 referrals per week and all new referrals for the first six months.
• Maintain high‑quality patient communication and care coordination through on‑site nursing support.

Required profile

• Medical degree with active registration in Ontario or any Canadian province.
• Board‑certified Endocrinologist, Nephrologist, Internist or GP with a special interest in diabetes/endocrinology.
• U.S.‑trained physicians are welcome; the clinic will assist with Canadian licensing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools for patient scheduling and follow‑up.
