About the role
The Divisional Vice President, Sales leads the performance of a specific business line within the food packaging, bakery, agricultural films, bags, and liners segment. Reporting to the President, the role drives revenue growth, customer relationships, product lifecycle management, and execution of the company’s growth roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Translate corporate growth objectives into division‑level strategies and own the divisional P&L, targeting top‑line revenue, gross margin, and contribution.
- Serve as senior relationship manager for key accounts, gather voice‑of‑customer insights, and lead engagement initiatives.
- Oversee sales planning, pipeline development, revenue and margin targets, and coach the sales team to achieve goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and acquisition of large accounts, leveraging senior leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on product needs, go‑to‑market tactics, and product portfolio lifecycle decisions.
- Build and lead a high‑performing divisional team, set clear roles, performance targets, and development plans.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and other functional leaders to align production capacity, pricing models, and capital investments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within packaging, food, or related industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and leading large, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
