Assistant Manager – Retail

About the role

Pandora is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager to join its Toronto store. You will work on‑site, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with staff scheduling and training of team members.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving business goals.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and promote high brand standards.
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a retail team.
• Hands‑on experience in retail management, including inventory control and merchandising.
• Strong customer‑engagement skills and ability to resolve service concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is desirable.

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and retail management tools.
