Director of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability as we prepare for an IPO. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage a global team, and ensure seamless execution of our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaboration across technology, marketing, recruitment and operations to align growth initiatives.
• Oversee 30‑70 concurrent projects, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Optimize internal processes and drive ERP implementation to support rapid expansion.
• Negotiate with key vendors and manage global operational functions.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and report on operational performance.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑oriented leader with proven experience in operational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Experience reporting to C‑level executives and influencing company‑wide initiatives.
