Technical Success Consultant

About the role

As a Technical Success Consultant at AVEVA, you will help strategic customers achieve their business goals by delivering outcome‑based services and expert guidance on AVEVA’s industrial software portfolio. The role is hybrid, based in Calgary, and focuses on driving adoption, value realization, and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and coaching sessions to guide customers in using AVEVA solutions for their specific use cases.
• Act as the technical liaison for assigned accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to maximize value and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct strategic conversations to discover use cases, position AVEVA products, and align technology with business drivers.
• Support installations, upgrades, migrations, and demonstrations, ensuring smooth deployment of solutions.
• Document best practices and create technical guidance for customers at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in real‑time operational data systems or related industrial domains.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and customers.
• Experience in one of AVEVA’s core industries (energy, infrastructure, chemicals, minerals, etc.).
• Broad knowledge of modern technologies such as Cloud, IoT, distributed systems, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence.
