About the role
Join Mastercard’s Financial Institutions Partnerships team in Canada as a senior sales leader. You will drive strategic account management for leading financial institution partners, shaping solutions that advance core, commercial, and emerging payments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide superior strategic account management through robust planning and deep understanding of customer needs.
- Define creative solutions and coordinate internal resources to deliver enhanced value.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Qualify opportunities with product experts and progress the sales process.
- Support organization‑wide initiatives, including cross‑selling of key Mastercard solutions.

- Strong enterprise sales capabilities and a consultative approach.
- Intellectual curiosity, resilience, and the ability to mobilize resources.
- Problem‑solving mindset and relationship‑management experience.
