About the role

Isaac is seeking a Director to join its Senior Leadership team and drive long‑term business health. The role combines client impact, team development, and strategic growth across our consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the long‑term health of Isaac’s business as a senior leader.
• Maximize client impact and experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teams to reach their full potential while maintaining morale.
• Develop and execute business‑development strategies and manage key client relationships.
• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives that support scaling.
• Act as a role model for Isaac’s values and culture.
• Lead projects as needed, overseeing performance, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Generate new business through project additions, referrals, and prospecting.
• Participate in governance and business‑improvement meetings with leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of consulting or operations leadership experience, preferably in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or complex programs.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams.
• Resilient under pressure with strong clarity of goals.
• Exceptional project‑management capabilities, including change management.
• Structured, process‑oriented problem‑solving approach.
