About the role
Join CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team in Montreal as a Client Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with everyday banking needs while promoting a modern, relationship‑focused banking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
- Connect clients to the appropriate CIBC specialists to achieve their financial goals.
- Provide a consistent, high‑quality client experience across multiple banking centres.
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel between nearby centres as needed.
- Operate on‑site full‑time in a fast‑paced banking environment.
