About the role
PrismTeck is seeking a remote Business Development Specialist to drive B2B growth across the North American market. You will research prospects, initiate outreach, and support the sales pipeline while working from your home office on Canadian Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other online platforms.
- Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the North American region.
- Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Draft outreach scripts, maintain accurate CRM entries, and prepare proposals and follow‑up reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support North American BD representatives.
- Utilise tools such as Canva, Excel and AI prompts to create client‑facing materials.
Required profile
- BBA, MBA or equivalent business degree.
- Experience in B2B cold calling, email marketing and lead research.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working remotely on a Canadian time zone schedule.
- Own a laptop, high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for full‑time work.
