About the role
As a Business Development Manager at Experis, you will drive growth for our clients by connecting them with tailored talent and IT solutions. You will leverage your network and Experis tools to identify new opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and position Experis as a strategic partner in the talent market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new clients seeking talent and technology solutions.
- Understand client challenges and present Experis and ManpowerGroup capabilities to address them.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, offering solutions for emerging needs.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and agile response to market changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in the IT and talent acquisition sectors.
