President – Decorative Wallcoverings Division

About the role

The President of the Metro Wallcoverings division will lead the business unit, reporting directly to the CEO of Koroseal Interior Products. This senior leader is responsible for shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the strategic vision, mission, and objectives for the division.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent brand positioning and awareness.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardized procedures, training, and performance metrics.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior business leadership roles with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to inspire high‑performing teams.
