About the role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our remote team and help improve AI system performance. You will work independently on a variety of coding tasks and contribute to high‑quality AI‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Write and evaluate code across multiple programming languages and problem domains.
- Review and assess AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Annotate technical tasks and provide structured feedback.
- Analyze AI‑generated solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing overall AI system performance.
Required profile
- Strong experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
- Ability to read, write, and reason about production‑grade code.
- High attention to detail and capacity to work independently.
