About the role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our remote team and help improve AI system performance. You will work independently on a variety of coding tasks and contribute to high‑quality AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

Write and evaluate code across multiple programming languages and problem domains.
Review and assess AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
Annotate technical tasks and provide structured feedback.
Analyze AI‑generated solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing overall AI system performance.

Required profile

Strong experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
Ability to read, write, and reason about production‑grade code.
High attention to detail and capacity to work independently.
