Anaplan Consultant Manager – Hybrid, Toronto

About the role

We are expanding our financial and operational transformation practice and need a seasoned Anaplan Consultant Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning solutions. This hybrid position is based in the Greater Toronto Area and offers exposure to complex, multi‑industry projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Translate business requirements into robust planning models and reporting structures.
• Guide data‑integration strategies and ensure alignment with broader system landscapes.
• Act as the primary client liaison, providing advisory input and solution direction.
• Support team development, mentorship, and internal methodology initiatives.
• Participate in business development activities such as proposals and relationship building.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Anaplan solutions in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Strong understanding of financial, supply‑chain, or operational planning processes.
• Hands‑on expertise in model design, build, and optimization within Anaplan.
• Ability to lead small teams or workstreams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Preferred Anaplan certification.
